The Middle School Program consists of grades 6 through 8. The program is based on a vigorous and well-rounded curriculum that provides students the opportunity to experience a range of age appropriate courses related to language, science, mathematics, technology, physical education and the arts. Classes are taught using an inquiry-based approach that lends itself to inter-disciplinary projects and are assessed through performance-based authentic assessments or Key Assignments. Students take a pre-set program of classes that includes Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Chinese, Physical Education, Visual Art, Music, Drama, Informational Technology, Health and Communication Skills.
