At QISS we are celebrating the arrival of Halloween with a variety of events organised by the Student Council and the school to mark the occasion. On the morning of the festival, we had our normal half-day classes. At lunchtime and in the afternoon the school organised a number of amazing events, the highlight of which was the costume show after the afternoon meal. During this event, students from all years would dress up in their Halloween costumes and then take to the stage, where a panel of teachers would select the winners of each year group.
After school the QISS Student Council also organised other activities, starting with a Halloween-themed film and, in order to cater for the younger students, the Student Council kindly prepared another fairy tale horror film for all. After the film, there was the much anticipated treasure hunt, in which players had to find the most gold coins to win the game.
